- If wetlands overall growth is 18"- 24 cut to a height of 8 inches with string trimmer. Hand pull invasives. Bring own equipment.
Saturday June 23
- Manually cut and pull invasives to be spot " spray/paint" in late August. Cut Japanese knotweed to ground. Bring own equipment
Sunday June 30
- Manually cut, pull invasives. If wetlands overall growth is 18"- 24 cut to a height of 8 inches with string trimmer . Bring own equipment.

SIGN IN: School parking lot. Community and Master Watershed Steward credits approved.
Bring you own equipment: shovels, hand pruners, garden rakes,loppers, saws, string weed .
Wear: Hats, long sleeves, long pants, gloves, sturdy shoes/boots. There is poison ivy, ticks.,
and wackers.
Join the fun as we: Rake dead plant debris from the upland meadow; Prepare area for seeding
Hand cast seed mixes ; Warm Season Grasses, Deer Resistant Meadow Mix, Annual rye and
red clover Meadow Mixes. Plant small areas of native/pollinator attracting herbaceous plants.
Manually Remove small areas of invasives,. Cut vines.
