Storytime by the Creek - The Keeper of Wild Words

The Willows Park

Beginning this month we will be hosting children's story times at various parks in the watershed where we can enjoy the beauty of the creek while hearing a story and doing an activity together! To kick off this series, author Brooke Smith sent us a copy of her book The Keeper of Wild Words that we will feature (and give away to one lucky attendee!). We will be meeting in the picnic area of the Willows Park; you are welcome to bring a blanket to sit on, or use the picnic table benches.

DCVA events are always free; donations are appreciated to support our work, but are not required.
