Rescheduled to Rain DateSunday, October 2nd 9th, 9am - 4pm

Join DCVA, Audubon Mid-Atlantic, Penn State Master Watershed Stewards, and the Philadelphia Mycology Club for a volunteer planting and cleanup day at Whitby Meadows in Cobbs Creek Park. We will be restoring habitat along Cobbs Creek by planting native trees, shrubs and meadow plants to help protect the creek and create habitat for birds and other wildlife, in addition to picking up trash and debris in the area.

Meet at the intersection of Cobbs Creek Parkway & Whitby Avenue (there is a parking lot close by at Thomas Ave & Cobbs Creek Pkwy). Gloves and tools will be provided. Long pants and boots are recommended.
