Invasive Plant Removal - Meadowbrook Run at Sacred Heart Academy

Thursday, November 4th, 4:00pm - 6:00pm

Volunteers needed! DCVA has been supporting the restoration of Meadowbrook Run on the Sacred Heart Academy property in Bryn Mawr since 2017. On Thursday, November 4th we will be partnering with the Penn State Extension Master Watershed Stewards to continue tackling invasive plant removal in this important wetland habitat. Invasive plant removal orientation led by Master Watershed Stewards will begin promptly at 4pm.

We recommend wearing pants, boots, gloves, and insect spray. Be sure to also bring water to stay hydrated, and pruning or digging tools if you have them.
