Darby Creek Trail Volunteer Series
Join the Darby Creek Valley Association (DCVA) and Haverford Township Parks & Recreation in a new monthly volunteer series dedicated to the care and restoration of the Darby Creek Trail. As proud adopters of the trail, we’re committed to creating a healthier and more beautiful environment for the community.
Each event focuses on essential stewardship activities, including invasive species removal, maintenance of past tree planting sites, and monitoring the health of newly planted trees. These efforts directly support native ecosystems and ensure the trail remains a thriving green space for wildlife and visitors alike.
Whether you're a seasoned conservationist or new to volunteering, your help makes a difference! Come lend a hand, connect with nature, and be part of a growing community of environmental stewards.
What to Bring:
Gloves, sturdy shoes, and a passion for protecting green spaces!
